About Us

Med Fuel Trading AG is a Switzerland based independent commodity trader established in 2020. The Company was set up by shareholders and directors with backgrounds in finance, trading and shipping in the Black Sea, Mediterrenean and African markets. Med Fuel aims to serve primarily clients in East Mediterrenean, African and the Arabian markets operating from its bases in Basel, Switzerland and in Istanbul, Turkey.

Med Fuel takes principal positions in these markets capitalizing on its shareholders’ & directors’ aggregate 50+ years experience in agricultural commodities (primarily edible oil seeds and unrefined edible oils) and oil products (primarily LPG and various grades of gasoils). Especially in agri-commodities, the Company actively trades along the whole value chain from the field to the retailer; actively taking and managing storage positions, other business associated with these positions, logistics trading and toll production with reputable refiners.
